Sattea is the largest afternoon tea catering service in the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley. We provide luxury afternoon tea experiences by bringing vintage china, crystal, linens, and cutlery, along with our handcrafted food and high-quality loose leaf teas, directly to your home or venue.
We are a mother-daughter team based in Surrey, BC, serving Surrey, Vancouver, and the surrounding Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Founded by a certified Tea Sommelier, Sattea Mobile Tea Boutique offers tea and food pairings tailored to your specific tastes.

Meet Satbir
In 2017, Satbir started Sattea Loose Teas, named after her mother, and the business naturally evolved into Sattea Mobile Tea Boutique, specializing in afternoon tea catering services.
Satbir’s passion for tea led her to study extensively about tea varieties and quality. In 2017, she earned a Tea Sommelier certificate through the Tea & Herbal Association of Canada, deepening her expertise and love for premium loose teas.
Meet SatNAM
Supporting her children is what being a mom means to Satnam. When Satbir decided to open a tea business, Satnam travelled to India to visit tea estates and learn about tea production firsthand.
She embraced the journey wholeheartedly, acquiring a selection of teas and steadfastly supporting her daughter’s dream. You’ll often see Satnam at Sattea events, greeting guests and capturing memories with her camera. She plays an integral role in the business and loves connecting with everyone she meets.
